Start-Up
Depending on the weather, it may be time to start up your irrigation system in the spring. Call us to have this handled for you, and we will do a full walk-through to make sure everything is running well. During this time, we will inspect all control valves, test the water coverage, and activate the irrigation controller. We also make sure that there are no leaks and damage that may have occurred during the winter months.
Winterization
Frozen temperatures are common in our Northwest winters, so water that remains in an irrigation system will freeze and can cause pipes to burst and create other problems. Making it an annual habit to winterize your irrigation system will help prevent costly repairs in the springtime and following years.
We do this by:

Shutting off the main water supply

Clear all lines of water with an air compressor

Ensuring all valves and controller are off for winter
